Job Description:A leading equipment rental company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Rental Specialist to join its team in Qatar. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in the AWP (Aerial Work Platforms) or heavy equipment rental sector, and a proven ability to manage accounts and grow rental business across key industries including Construction, Oil & Gas, Events, and Facilities Management (FM).Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors including Construction, Oil & Gas, Events, and FMMaintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of client satisfactionHandle incoming rental inquiries and proactively follow up on leads to convert them into successful dealsPrepare and present competitive rental quotations aligned with pricing strategiesAchieve individual rental performance targets based on agreed KPIsDevelop and execute rental project plans in coordination with relevant departmentsCollaborate with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless rental delivery and service executionProvide accurate, timely, and comprehensive reporting on past and forecasted rental activitiesActively contribute to the implementation of business initiatives and marketing strategiesUse CRM tools and structured processes to manage client interactions and account developmentRepresent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry eventsEnsure adherence to company policies, governance standards, and ethical business practicesFollow up on customer payments in collaboration with the Credit Control teamRequirementsMinimum 3–4 years’ experience in rental sales and key account management, ideally in the heavy equipment or AWP sector.Strong technical understanding of aerial work platforms and related equipmentHigher education degree or equivalent work experienceKnowledge of the Qatari market; GCC market exposure is an advantageProficient in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)Strong command of MS Office applications; familiarity with CRM toolsWillingness to travel within Qatar and occasionally across the GCCAbility to work in a structured, internationally oriented organization.Willing to work in Qatar.To view other vacancies we have, please check our website ( ) and follow us on our social media accounts - / / /Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form of charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
