Job Description:A leading equipment rental company is seeking a skilled and commercially driven Rental Specialist – Power to support its growth in Qatar. The role focuses on driving revenue through the rental of power generators and related equipment, managing key client accounts, and building strong industry relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in the power rental industry and a deep understanding of client requirements across sectors such as construction, oil & gas, facilities management, and events.Key Responsibilities:Develop and grow rental revenue from national and strategic accountsMeet or exceed individual rental performance goals aligned with KPIs and sales targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within target marketsBuild strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clientsUnderstand and anticipate customer needs and industry trends to provide tailored solutionsCreate and manage project plans for rental agreements and service deliveryPrepare accurate rental quotations in line with commercial and pricing strategiesCoordinate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless service executionProvide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, rental performance, and forecastsContribute to the implementation of CRM systems and rental process optimization toolsSupport the marketing team in deploying campaigns and promotional initiativesRepresent the company at relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and industry eventsEnsure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and business ethicsFollow up on payments and outstanding accounts in coordination with the Credit Control departmentRequirementsMinimum 3–4 years of experience in power equipment rental, rental sales, or key account managementIn-depth knowledge of power generator systems and technical specificationsHigher education degree or equivalent work experienceStrong understanding of the Qatar market; exposure to GCC is an advantageFluent in English; additional language skills are a plusProficient in MS Office and CRM applicationsWilling to travel as required within Qatar and potentially across the GCCDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a broader commercial team.Willing to work in Qatar.To view other vacancies we have, please check our website ( ) and follow us on our social media accounts - / / /Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form of charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
