Assisting customers with reserving vehicles, answering questions, and providing information about rental policies and procedures.Processing rental agreements and collecting required documentation, such as driver’s licenses and credit card information.Checking vehicles for damage before and after rentals and for documenting any damages that are found.Addressing customer complaints and concerns and for providing solutions to any problems that arise.Monitoring the inventory of vehicles and ensuring that they are properly maintained and cleaned.Promoting upgrades and additional services to customers, such as insurance or GPS navigation systems OR Baby seats.Keeping accurate records of rental agreements and customer informationManage or being responsible for handling cash, checks and credit card payments.Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
