- Directly supervise and coordinates activities of waiters engaged in serving food.
- Prepare, follow- up and validate duty roaster and time sheet.
- Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.
- Maintaining highest standards of service to client.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
- Fully assist in food service, clearance, and store cleanliness.
- Self-development in service systems and methods used.
- Have full menu knowledge of food being served at site.
- Buffet set up and food pickup (A la'carte and Table d hote')
- Buffet table frilling.
- Theme set up
- Daily store requisition and pickup for the department.
- Ensure dining and related work areas are kept clean and hygienic.
