The Swim Academy is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee our aquatic programs and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality service. This role is vital in managing daily operations, enhancing customer experience, and leading a team of instructors and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for swimming, and a commitment to promoting water safety. As the Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in developing programs that cater to various age groups and skill levels while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations of the Swim Academy, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and train a team of swimming instructors and support staff.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aquatic activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of swimming programs and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate schedules for classes, events, and staff shifts.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and program evaluations.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote the Swim Academy's programs and services.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and suggest improvements.
