Female Banquet Supervisor - Arabic Speaker

- Manage and supervise all banquet operations, including set-up, service, and breakdown
- Ensure that all events are executed according to the client's specifications and company standards
- Train and supervise banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients, responding to their needs and requests promptly
- Monitor and control banquet expenses, including labor, equipment, and supplies
- Conduct pre-event meetings with clients to ensure all details are confirmed and understood
- Conduct post-event evaluations and address any issues or concerns with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless event experience for clients
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet or event management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Knowledge of food and beverage service and event planning
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is preferred
Salary: QAR3,500
- 18 Annual Leaves, 11 Public Holidays, 1 Birthday Off
- Vacation Ticket Allowance provided annually
- Alternate 2- & 1-Day offs weekly (6 days in a month)
- Meals, Uniform and Transport Provided
- Accommodation: Barwa Madinatna (Single room)
