This role will implement, support and optimize the Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) module, ensuring alignment with MATAR's asset lifecycle strategy.Key responsibilities:

Lead/support Oracle Fusion EAM implementation (Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders, Asset Tracking, etc.)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Configure Oracle Fusion EAM for business alignment and compliance
Develop integrations, reports, and dashboards
Manage data migration and master data
Provide user training and documentation
Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases
Identify process improvements and support business KPIs

Mandatory experience required:

3-5 years with Oracle Fusion EAM or E-Business Suite
Experience in master data, functional configuration, integrations and data migration
Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices

Other requirements:

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Oracle BI/OTBI reporting tools preferred
Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud modules is an advantage
The incumbent will conduct training internally as well
Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
