- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements in alignment with QD governance framework
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Propose process improvements aligned with system capabilities and best practices. * Oracle Fusion HCM Configuration & Support
- Act as a superuser of Oracle Fusion HCM, primarily focusing on HR modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Performance, and Recruitment.
- Work closely with IT and implementation partners to ensure correct system configuration and solution design.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system validation based on business scenarios. * Testing & Quality Assurance
- Create test cases and conduct functional testing of system changes and enhancements.
- Assist in regression testing during patches or updates.
- Track and document defects, follow up with technical teams for resolution.
- Training & Change Management * Develop and deliver training sessions, user manuals, and other support materials for end-users.
- Act as a knowledge source for Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities to HR teams.
- Support change management initiatives by ensuring stakeholder buy-in and user adoption. * Data & Reporting
- Work with HR and analytics teams to define reporting requirements.
- Validate data migration and integration between systems during upgrades or implementations.
- Maintain HR data integrity by performing regular audits and troubleshooting discrepancies.
- Generate, analyze, and present HR metrics and reports (headcount, turnover, performance, payroll, etc.). * Compliance & Security
- Manage system audits and generate compliance reports for regulatory requirements.
- Implement best practices for data security and confidentiality. * Other duties
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or other relevant field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a techno-functional consultant for Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process design, testing, and training.
- Exposure to at least one full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Attention to detail with a high level of data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
