What You'll Do
- Lead the full design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials in collaboration with the implementation partner
- Provide guidance on best practices, process design, and Oracle EPM Cloud integration
- Oversee configuration, testing, quality assurance, and deployment stages
- Identify functional gaps and define required customizations
- Ensure seamless ERP integration with other enterprise systems
- Conduct user workshops and training sessions
- Develop detailed process flows, functional specifications, and configuration documentation
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality deliverables and adherence to timelines
- Resolve ERP Financials and EPM-related issues to maintain smooth operations
- Support establishment of a Centre of Excellence for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or Finance
- 10-12 years ERP systems experience, including at least 6 years with Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM implementation
- Proven track record as a Functional Architect focusing on Financials
- Strong understanding of finance and supply chain processes
- Experience delivering large-scale ERP projects
- Aviation industry experience
- Oracle Cloud ERP certifications
- Project management, Agile, or ITIL experience in regulated environments
