
Senior Sales Executive - Perfumes and Cosmetics

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, hospitality, and corporate gifting segments.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, buyers, and other key stakeholders.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to recommend product positioning and promotional tactics.
- Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Prepare customized proposals, pricing offers, and product portfolios aligned with brand guidelines and commercial goals.
- Negotiate sales terms and conditions while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio, including fragrance compositions, cosmetic formulations, and new launches.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, retail activations, and industry networking events.
- Submit regular sales performance reports and market intelligence to senior leadership.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and provide strategic input on positioning and product opportunities.
- Ensure awareness of local market regulations and retail standards related to perfumes and cosmetics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in sales, specifically in perfumes, cosmetics, or the beauty industry.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive market.
- Strong knowledge of product categories, fragrance trends, and consumer behavior in the Gulf region.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
