- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and medical spas in the assigned territory
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and applications of our cosmetic products
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Provide expert advice on product usage, benefits, and latest industry trends to customers
- Attend and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory using CRM software
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all sales activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical or cosmetic product sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic products and the medical aesthetics industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for cosmetic products in Qatar
- Certifications in medical aesthetics or cosmetic products (preferred)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
