- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our medical products to healthcare professionals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and leveraging market insights
- Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and usage to customers, emphasizing the medical aspects of our product line
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the medical sector
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional materials and campaigns for healthcare professionals
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote our products and expand our network
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory using CRM software
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements for medical products in the Qatar market
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and prospects as required
- Proven experience in medical product sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- In-depth knowledge of medical products, including their features, benefits, and applications in healthcare settings
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex product information
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
- Thorough understanding of the medical products industry, including current trends and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of the Qatar healthcare system and medical regulations
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Strong time management and organizational skills
