- Plan assigned activities efficiently, operating equipment and using tooling in line with Qatar Airways procedures
- Review and propose improvements to work procedures and standards for operational efficiency
- Oversee and approve maintenance tasks performed by mechanics, ensuring compliance with quality standards and dispatch reliability goals
- Ensure all maintenance activities meet Qatar Airways and customer requirements, providing strong support to internal and external stakeholders
- Implement technical solutions within your authority to maintain aircraft and component serviceability
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to technicians and aircraft mechanics
- Supervise maintenance teams, ensuring correct tools, high workmanship standards, and safe work practices are applied
- High School, Vocational Qualification, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Aircraft Maintenance or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of job-related experience (4 years with a bachelor's degree)
- Diploma or degree in Aircraft Maintenance plus a valid ICAO/QCAA license with Qatar Airways main fleet approvals
- Heavy vehicle driving license as per company requirements
- Strong problem-solving, operational, and equipment handling skills
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities
