  • Deliver EASA/QCAR Part 147 practical training and On-the-Job Training (OJT) on aircraft operated by Qatar Airways and client airlines
  • Design, review, and update OJT syllabi and training record books to align with aviation regulatory standards
  • Conduct assessments and ensure all training meets MTOE requirements and aircraft type certification guidelines
  • Supervise training quality and accuracy, maintain safety and integrity of assessment records
  • Implement and manage OJT programs per National Aviation Authority regulations for licensing purposes
  • Maintain valid Maintenance Engineer and Practical Assessor Authorizations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve training delivery and incorporate latest aircraft technical developments
  • Assist in audit readiness and compliance documentation for regulatory bodies
Candidate Requirements
  • Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or Bachelor's in Aeronautical Engineering
  • ICAO/QCAA/EASA Aircraft Maintenance License (must include at least two aircraft types in Qatar Airways fleet)
  • EASA Part 147 Certificate of Recognition for both theory and practical modules
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or training roles
  • Strong knowledge of QCAR/EASA Part 145/147/66 training regulations
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • English proficiency at B1 CEFR level or above
