As an HVAC Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the availability and performance of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems at Qatar Airways facilities. You will supervise day-to-day maintenance, lead a team of technicians and contractors, and maintain system reliability in compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance tasks, ensuring completion within deadlines
- Monitor, inspect, and troubleshoot various HVAC assets including AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, split and window units
- Prepare and review method statements and scopes of work
- Conduct root cause analysis and close work orders using Oracle CMMS
- Assign and delegate tasks to technicians and oversee execution
- Manage spare parts and procurement activities as per operational requirements
- Generate daily/weekly HVAC availability reports and track asset performance
- Coordinate toolbox talks, technical briefings, and safety training for personnel
- Supervise and evaluate contractual staff for compliance and performance
- Support chilled water systems and BMS/Chiller Plant Manager platforms
- Contribute to compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and efficiency benchmarks
- Diploma or equivalent with minimum 3 years of HVAC supervision experience
- Bachelor\'s degree with 2 years of relevant experience also accepted
- Practical knowledge of chiller plants, air-cooled and water-cooled systems
- Experience with HVAC systems in airports, hospitals, or hospitality facilities preferred
- Proficiency in Oracle systems, HVAC diagnostics, and commissioning
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Fluency in English
