As Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee the performance and reliability of electrical assets at Qatar's leading aviation facility. Your duties include contractor coordination, asset audits, spare parts management, compliance inspections, and implementation of maintenance strategies via Oracle and Asset Management Systems. This role supports operational efficiency and safety in a fast-paced airport setting.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and maintenance tasks carried out by contractors in accordance with Oracle maintenance schedules
- Conduct quality audits and field inspections on electrical systems and prepare performance reports
- Assign and guide both in-house and outsourced teams during preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure accurate and timely procurement of materials, spares, and services within approved budgets
- Support technical evaluations, define scope of work, and assist in project coordination for facility upgrades
- Verify that vendor-completed work meets specifications, safety codes, and operational standards
- Review electrical methods with contractors and permit-to-work teams to ensure safe, efficient execution
- Monitor spare part consumption and maintain adequate stock to avoid service interruptions
- Use the Asset Management System to update technical records and track asset health and performance
- Execute all tasks with a focus on cost reduction, safety, and operational continuity
- Report to department leadership and perform additional tasks as needed
- Diploma or High School qualification with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of job-related experience
- Experience in airports, five-star hotels, or large commercial facilities is preferred
- Proficient in electrical maintenance, diagnostics, and understanding of engineering standards
- Strong ability to interpret electrical schematics, design codes, and specifications
- Experience supervising a multicultural technical workforce
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and asset tracking software
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
