Electrical Maintenance Supervisor - Airport Facilities

• Supervise and monitor contractors' operations and maintenance tasks using ORACLE-based schedules to ensure timely execution
• Conduct quality assurance audits and inspections on electrical systems in line with asset management standards
• Lead and assign tasks to in-house and contractor electrical teams for preventive maintenance and performance improvement
• Coordinate electrical work methods and safety protocols with Permit To Work (PTW) teams and external maintenance providers
• Maintain technical records, analyze performance data, and track the condition of all electrical assets through the Asset Management System
• Ensure adherence to safety, efficiency, and compliance regulations during all maintenance activities
• Contribute to system upgrades, modifications, and commissioning of new installations as required

• High school diploma or vocational qualification with minimum 4 years of experience, or
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Deep understanding of maintenance operations and fault diagnostics for electrical systems
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, testing, or commissioning of electrical equipment
• Preferred: experience in airport operations or large-scale commercial facilities
