
Events Coordinator

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and execution
- Reports Directly to Sales and Events Manager
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and suppliers
- Conduct site visits and supervise event set-up and breakdown
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
- Prepare post-event reports and client feedback summaries
- Stay updated with industry trends and creative event concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Events Coordinator or similar role (2+ years preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus
- A creative mindset with attention to detail
- Female Arabic Speaker Preferred
- Must be residing in Doha, Qatar - Can Join Immediately with Available NOC and Valid QID.
