This role is essential in preventing equipment breakdowns and delays in operational service.What You'll Do
- Clean air conditioning grills, light fittings, exhaust hoods, and other fixtures according to maintenance schedules
- Perform routine servicing of equipment across QACC facilities
- Attend minor plumbing and drainage repair works in assigned areas
- Assist senior maintenance technicians with repair and troubleshooting tasks
- Maintain daily work logs and update task documentation accurately
- Coordinate with maintenance agents to ensure timely job completion
- Follow strict hygiene and safety standards as mandated by the organization
- Immediately report any building non-compliance or hazards to supervisors
- Support other tasks and departmental duties as assigned by the Head of Department
- High School Qualification or Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to assist with troubleshooting of HVAC, refrigeration, or drainage systems
- Familiar with tools, cleaning agents, and maintenance documentation practices
- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
