Linum Consult's client is a major player in the international construction and infrastructure sector, currently seeking a Senior Contracts Manager with a strong background in infrastructure projects to join their team on a prestigious civil engineering project in Washington DC, USA.RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading the commercial and contractual strategy across all project phases
Managing the contract price re-evaluation, ensuring alignment with technical and operational requirements
Handling any contractual disputes
Managing the cost-plus payment structure, ensuring clear and justified cost allocations
Operating within a highly demanding, technically challenging environment on a major infrastructure project
Coordinating with project partners and other external stakeholders

PROFILE

Bachelor's degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering, with an additional Masters as a plus
Extensive experience in commercial and contract management on large-scale infrastructure and civil engineering projects
Expertise in contractual negotiations, claims, and dispute resolution
Experience working with cost-plus contract structures
Quantity Surveying (QS) background is highly desirable
Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
