Required Experience and Skills
- Proven track record in leading and managing IT application implementation projects using various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Proficient in change management and adapting project plans in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Strong capabilities in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Skilled in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive accountability, and align diverse teams toward shared goals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs, information security practices, and technological advancements.
- Deep understanding of procurement processes and vendor relationship management.
- Committed to continuous improvement and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Prior experience with Energy Components or similar applications is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across technical and business teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably within the Energy sector, with a strong background in project management and successfully leading complex IT projects.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master demonstrating a commitment to project management excellence and industry best practices
