On behalf of our client Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Female Head of Services to oversee the operations of a prestigious palace in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all service-related aspects, ensuring that the highest standards of luxury and care are maintained.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service standards are met.
Manage and train a team of service staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and efficient.
Develop and implement service protocols and procedures tailored to the palace environment.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and guest experiences.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
Monitor service quality and implement improvements as needed.
Ensure the palace is appropriately staffed at all times, overseeing scheduling and staff performance.
Requirements
Prior experience in a luxury service or hospitality management role, preferably in a high-end environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
