We are looking to recruit dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team as Brokers, Agents, and Property Consultants.The responsibilities of Brokers, Agents, and Property Consultants will include:- Conducting market research to identify potential clients- Closing the company listings and promoting dream properties for sale or lease.- Conducting property viewings and negotiating terms with clients.- Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.- Maintaining regular communication with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders.- Keeping abreast of industry developments and best practices.The offered compensation for this position can be either salary-based on targets (to be specified during the interview) or commission-based, ranging from 40% to 60% as per the experience.
