- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Electrical Division, with a focus on driving growth in Oil & Gas, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.
- Business Development: Identify and capture new business opportunities, manage the bid and tendering process, and cultivate long-term client partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and empower a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with EPC contractors, government agencies, utilities, and key end-users.
- OEM & Vendor Partnerships: Collaborate with global OEM partners to define product positioning, pricing strategies, and joint business initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to anticipate risks and leverage emerging opportunities.
- Financial Management: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, and service teams to deliver competitive, technically robust solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (mandatory).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or an equivalent project management certification.
- OEM-specific technical training certifications preferred (e.g., Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Stahl, Eaton, etc.)

- 12–15 years of proven sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within the electrical equipment and switchgear industry in the GCC.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth across the Oil & Gas, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.
- Established network of relationships with EPC contractors, government authorities, and industrial clients in Qatar and the wider GCC.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical switchgear, panels, power distribution systems, and automation solutions.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
