- Lead the development of media strategies and interactive plans that align with client's business objectives.
- Take ownership of key components required to build and execute a media plan, ensuring all elements are well-integrated.
- Develop innovative ideas and strategic solutions to meet client goals, ensuring media plans are both creative and effective.
- Analyse research data, media information, and trends to provide valuable insights and report key findings to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to optimize the media plan, ensuring the plan evolves in response to insights and performance.
- Lead recommendations on the best media channels and tools, ensuring all media choices align with client goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, continually integrating new practices and tools into the media planning process.
- Analyse campaign performance using research and planning tools, optimizing strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
- Oversee the execution of media plans and monitor ongoing campaign performance, ensuring campaigns are delivered as expected.
- Provide leadership to junior planning staff, offering guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within the team.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and assist with tasks as needed by the Direct Manager.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in media planning or strategy, with a focus on both digital and traditional media.
- Strong proficiency in media planning and research tools (e.g., OP TV, CWEB, Optinet, Google Analytics, TGI, Brand Index, etc.).
- Experience in developing and presenting media strategies and reports to clients and internal teams.
- Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to confidently interact with senior clients and stakeholders.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization.
- A solid understanding of the media landscape, including both traditional and digital channels.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
