- Decides on all processes and day-to-day delegation of tasks related to the project management to ensure the successful delivery of projects within time and quality standards.
- Effectively manages the implementation of several delegated projects from initiation until deployment.
- Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling all project resources and efforts.
- Develops work breakdown structure, detailed project plans and schedules and is accountable for monitoring and reporting on project metrics, issues, risks and overall progress.
- Monitors and ensures that projects adhere to the established project management standards and methodologies and performs required procurement, communication and human resource management activities as required.
- Ensures required project documentation is complete.
- Assembles the project team assigning individual responsibilities and identifying appropriate resources needed.
- Actively manages risks and issues for assigned projects and when necessary, escalates issues to management's attention for guidance and assistance
- Develops and oversees the maintenance of a consistent Project Management Status reporting to aid in the governance of the overall project management process.
- Performs vendor and stakeholder management to ensure business needs/requirements have been met
- Works closely with internal and external stakeholders and balances competing priorities, resources, schedules and budgets.
- Provides support and guidance to other project team members.
- Establishes positive relationships with business customers and provides recommendations to improve process efficiencies
- Leads project meetings and any events/activities required to support the project.
- Adheres to Sidra's standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies

Education Bachelor's Degree in related field
Experience
- 7+ years' experience in managing medium to large scale projects
- Demonstrated experience with Project Management tools, techniques.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering project management presentations
- Demonstrated experience managing project teams and outsourcing engagements
- Experience with best practice quality and process improvement methodology
- 2+ years' experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience in a North American healthcare model
