- Develop and manage architectural designs for large-scale projects in Qatar and the Middle East
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout all project phases
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to align project goals and expectations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues
- Prepare and present design proposals, technical reports, and project updates to clients and senior management
- Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovative design techniques, and sustainable practices
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; Master's degree preferred
- Valid professional architectural license
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in the Middle East, preferably in Qatar
- Expert proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of project management software including Microsoft Project and Primavera
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- In-depth understanding of Qatar building codes and regulations
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
