Male Sous Chef: The male sous chef is accountable for coordinating and directing the kitchen of restaurants for food preparation. They are also known as assistants to the chef or head chef’s assistants.Main duties:
  • Provide food for
clients and internal parties at the guesthouse. * Provide meals for the Doha Branch Manager.
  • Procure and inventory control, and stock/purchase food and tableware (a company car will be used to purchase food and silver).
  • Cleaning of kitchen and dining room.
  • Management of the guesthouse and its employees.
  • The mutual agreement may allow for the addition of additional responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Professional sou chef with more than ten years of
  • With Japanese cuisine, experience is a plus.
  • A college graduate or have attended different seminars and training related to food, beverages, safety, hygiene, etc.
  • With a positive attitude and work ethic.
PROVISIONS: Male Sous Chef
hours: 8 hours (3 Shifts) daily between 06:00 and 20:00, Saturday through Thursday. An overtime allowance will be paid for any hours worked beyond this. * Salary: QAR 11,000/- per month with overtime pay.
  • With a yearly bonus, a two-way air ticket allowance, leave, and medical insurance.
  • The company provides accommodation, electricity, and water.
  • The company provides transportation.
