- Strong knowledge of banquet operations, event setup, and service techniques.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic or additional languages an advantage).
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per business demands.
