This role requires close coordination with the Banquet Manager, culinary team, and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high service standards, and uphold brand values.What We Need From YouIdeally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a banquet/catering supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of banquet operations, event setup, and service techniques.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in English (Arabic or additional languages an advantage).
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per business demands.
