IT Specialist (ERP Technical - EBS)

• Design, develop and deploy codes on the production.
• Design, develop and deploy technical objects in ERP and Oracle Discoverer.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance on the ERP system, as well as installing new upgrades and testing for bugs.
• Act as a gatekeeper of the ERP system
• Deploy system testing during patching and upgrades.
• Perform analysis on current business practices, gap analysis, design and configuration of Oracle system.
• Ensure proper documentation and control is implemented.
• Facilitate vendor with understanding understand existing solution and tracking and ensuring uniformity across new rollouts.

• Offer end user training for technical functions.
• Identify employee needs and create a cohesive plan for the manager of potential modifications to the system.

• Lead technical activities during ERP implementation phases
• Support vendor in configuring and deploying modules as per project scope
• Validate data migration and support UAT execution
• Ensure ERP workflows align with the organization’s approval hierarchy
