Career Land Center is hiring an experienced and motivated Spa Supervisor to join a luxury wellness and beauty center in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate is a hands-on team leader who can manage day-to-day spa operations while ensuring premium service quality, client satisfaction, and staff performance.Responsibilities:Oversee daily spa operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflowSupervise and support therapists, beauticians, and front-desk staffEnsure exceptional customer service and address guest concerns professionallyManage booking systems, scheduling, and inventory of products and suppliesAssist with staff training, performance reviews, and onboardingMaintain hygiene standards and compliance with salon/spa protocolsCoordinate with management to implement promotions, packages, and service improvementsRequirements:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior therapist role in a spa or wellness centerStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsFluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusProfessional appearance and customer-first attitudeKnowledge of spa software systems (preferred)Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environmentSalary and Benefits:Competitive Salary: (based on experience)Commission and performance bonusesFree accommodation (private or shared)Paid flight to and from QatarMedical insuranceWork visa provided6-day work week, 1 day offFull relocation and onboarding support from Career Land CenterAll Countries and Nationalities are welcome to apply!How to Apply:
