Start Date: ASAP🧴 Position SummaryCareer Land Center is hiring a Spa Supervisor for a luxury 5-star hotel in Doha, Qatar .We are seeking a highly skilled spa professional with strong spa therapist training experience and leadership abilities to elevate service quality and drive team performance.💼 Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience and smooth workflow.Lead a multicultural team of spa therapists and attendants with professionalism and motivation.Design and conduct ongoing training programs for spa therapists in treatment techniques, hygiene, and guest service.Supervise treatment quality and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skills assessments.Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns efficiently to maintain high satisfaction.Assist in scheduling, stock control, and inventory ordering.Deliver treatments occasionally to lead by example and maintain service standards.Ensure compliance with Qatari health and safety regulations.📋 Job RequirementsMinimum 3 years of spa experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead therapist role.International certifications in massage or beauty therapy (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent).Proven experience in spa staff training and development .Previous work in a luxury hotel or high-end spa in the Middle East preferred.Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Culturally aware with the ability to lead a diverse team.🎁 Package IncludesCompetitive Tax-Free SalaryAccommodationTransportationMedical InsuranceAnnual Flight Tickets30 Days Paid Annual LeaveVisa & Relocation Assistance
