QA/QC Coordinator

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and procedures in accordance with project requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor work quality and identify potential deviations from established standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve quality issues effectively and efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain detailed quality control documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 5 years experience in Facilities Management Soft Services Quality Control in a major project.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications and drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working in Qatar is desirable.
