Witnessing job from the client side
Baseplate and foundation prior to grout
Centerline level and elevation check
Preparation for grout and grout application
Inspection of Internals
For Air cooled exchangers -Plumbness of fan & motor – level of exchangers assemblies -fantip clearance , belt tension, blade pinch angle , vibration and noise tests
Dimensional Control and verification
Inspection of cladding Processes and Clad Materials
Other inspections as specified as vendors inspection & tests Plans
Bolting Materials and Joint Tightness

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing and inspection of vessels, tanks according to ASME Section VIII
Bachelors / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Welding certification to CSWIP/AWS is required.
NDE level II in all 4 NDT methods.
API certification in 510 /570 is desirable not mandatory.

Additional Information

Minimum 10 Years of experience with oil & Gas projects
