Baseplate and foundation prior to grout
Centerline level and elevation check
Tightness of anchor bolt
Grouting
Initial Alignment
Soft foot check pumps and motors
Piping Connections cold spring etc.
Final Cold Alignment
Check Rotation
Run in Vibration 7 Temperatures Check
Other inspections as specified in the inspection plan
Lube oil and sea oil Flush
Compressor and turbines inspection experience should be there .

Qualifications

Bachelors / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Must have 10 years’ experience in Inspection of rotating, equipment such as pumps/compressors, skids with oil & Gas Industries
PIM, good understanding of inspection and factory acceptance testing of rotating.
