About the job Portfolio Performance AnalystKey Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze portfolio performance across energy projects, investments, and operations.Evaluate returns, KPIs, and benchmarks, and provide insights on performance drivers.Prepare performance and variance reports for management and stakeholders.Support strategic planning by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.Collaborate with finance and operations teams to improve portfolio tracking and reporting processes.Skills & Qualifications:5 years of experience in portfolio or financial analysis, with exposure to the Oil, Gas, or Energy industry.Strong understanding of energy sector operations, KPIs, and financial metrics.Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other analytics tools.Familiarity with investment performance systems (Bloomberg, Morningstar, etc.) is an advantage.Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
