Role Overview:We are seeking PMO Analysts and Specialists to support project management governance and operations. These roles ensure projects are executed efficiently, aligned with business goals, and adhere to standardized methodologies, while providing actionable insights to management.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:For All Levels:Support the standardization and implementation of project management methodologies and frameworks.Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Identify and report project risks and issues, recommending mitigation strategies.Maintain project documentation and dashboards for management reporting.Assist in training and providing tools to project managers for effective project execution.Additional for Senior Analyst / Specialist:Lead complex project tracking and governance initiatives.Provide coaching and guidance to project managers.Analyze project performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership.Support portfolio-level planning and prioritization.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.Analyst / Specialist: 5–7 years of experience supporting project management activities or PMO operations.Senior Analyst / Specialist: 8–10 years of progressive experience, including project governance and mentoring.Skills & Competencies:Knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.For Senior Level: Ability to lead governance initiatives and influence project outcomes.Preferred Certifications:PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
