- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in apparel retail sales, with at least 3+ in regional management.
- Strong team leadership and coaching experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets across multiple territories.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
