These roles help define long-term goals, develop operational strategies, and ensure alignment of departmental objectives with the corporate vision.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:For All Levels:Assist in developing business plans, operational strategies, and growth initiatives.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking studies.Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track plan effectiveness.Support alignment of departmental and functional objectives with corporate strategy.Prepare reports and presentations for management on planning insights and recommendations.Additional for Senior Analyst / Specialist:Lead planning analysis projects and complex research initiatives.Provide actionable insights to guide business decision-making.Mentor junior planning staff.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy implementation.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.Analyst / Specialist: 5–7 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or corporate strategy.Senior Analyst / Specialist: 8–10 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, business performance, or market analysis.Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.For Senior Level: Ability to guide strategy development and influence business decisions.Preferred Certifications:Certified Business Planner, CBP, or relevant strategic planning, business analysis, or management certifications.
