- Define and implement an integrated communications strategy covering media relations, public affairs, social media, and stakeholder engagement in line with institutional goals and national positioning.
- Serve as the official spokesperson when required, managing all public statements, media briefings, and editorial outreach.
- Oversee the production of high-quality content, press materials, publications, and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Drive national and regional community engagement initiatives, including school partnerships, public programming, and audience-building strategies.
- Work closely with internal departments and external consultants to align messaging across exhibitions, knowledge platforms, and international collaborations.
- Build and lead a communications team, including public relations, social media, translation, and editorial content functions.
- Ensure communication efforts are culturally sensitive, protocol-compliant, and aligned with Qatari values and government standards.
- Advise executive leadership on communication risk, reputational strategy, and stakeholder perception.
- 1215 years of senior communications experience, preferably within public institutions, cultural entities, or diplomatic settings in the GCC.
- Strong media network and experience navigating both Arabic and English-language press landscapes.
- Proven ability to lead public engagement strategies that balance institutional positioning with community inclusion.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications, Public Policy, Journalism, or related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong writing and presentation skills in both languages.
- Deep understanding of Qatari cultural values, soft power strategy, and national brand priorities.
