The Real Estate Coordinator is essential in managing and overseeing real estate operations in Doha, Qatar.   • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely responses to tenant requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of property transactions, tenant communications, and lease agreements.
  • Support marketing efforts for available properties, including online listings and open houses.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Facilitate communication between property owners, tenants, and service providers.
  • Prepare and distribute property-related reports and documentation.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for property management activities.
