- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze potential hazards in industrial and construction projects
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential losses and improve safety
- Perform on-site inspections and evaluations to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate control measures
- Analyze complex data sets and prepare detailed technical reports on risk findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management practices into project planning and execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, local regulations, and international best practices in risk engineering
- Utilize risk management software to track, analyze, and report on risk-related data
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders on risk-related matters
- Contribute to the development and improvement of risk assessment methodologies and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk engineering or a related field
- Professional certification such as Certified Risk Engineer (CRE) or equivalent is preferred
- Proven experience in industrial or construction risk assessment and management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent technical report writing and presentation skills
- Proficiency in risk management software and data analysis tools
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in risk engineering
- Familiarity with local and international building codes and safety standards
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels
