- Providing expertise across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic.
- Working closely with operations teams to ensure campaigns meet KPIs by offering optimization guidance and troubleshooting support.
- Acting as the key expert in client conversations regarding Biddable Strategies and best practices.
- Developing strong, trusting relationships with clients by providing innovative solutions to achieve their business objectives.
- Staying updated on industry trends by collaborating with key publishers and building an innovation roadmap.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the biddable advertising ecosystem, including activation platforms, tagging, measurement, data providers, DMP/CDP, etc.
- Leading cross-functional digital projects such as data partnerships, attribution modeling, and DCO.
- Owning the biddable section for new business pitches by demonstrating forward-thinking strategies and storytelling.
- Activating campaigns with the operations team and ensuring quality control in campaign setups.
- Managing communication between planning and operations teams.
- Developing best practices in biddable processes for team-wide use.
- Managing data through automated dashboard solutions.
- Relevant years of experience in a similar agency role.
- Expertise in Paid Search; additional experience in Paid Social and Programmatic is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with biddable platforms (Google Ads, META, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn & DV360).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and an entrepreneurial approach.
- Excellent client service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant internet applications.
- Understanding of tracking ecosystems, including MMP, Analytics360, and Campaign Manager.
- Preferred certifications: Facebook Blueprint, SA360 & DV360, Analytics360, and Campaign Manager.
