Learning Activities:
- Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies and processes.
- Completing successfully all necessary assessments, as guided and required.
- Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the training.
- Maintaining communication with supervisors and attending periodic evaluations.
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other Senior staff.
- Researching and assisting in identifying areas for service or process improvements.
- Providing administrative support, such as printing, setting up materials, rooms, etc. as requested from their supervisors.
- Preparing all requested documents, materials and updating records.
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Writing and presenting regular updates to management.
- Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
- Maintaining and developing relationship with employees.
- Perform all other job related duties, as assigned.
