The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 6 - 12 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in:Our traineeship duration is 12 months will give you first-hand insights into the processes, systems and practices that are aligned to ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of leading-edge technology. Our internship will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.As part of this program, you will be responsible for:
  • Working on various planning tools (management assignments) within the organization.
  • Closing working with project managers / shop planner on necessary support day to day business needs.
  • Participating in career development and formal training, receiving coaching and mentoring.
  • Networking globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with organization leaders.
  • Solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams
  • Drive continuous process improvement using initiatives
  • Support process troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Health, Environment and Safety compliance.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this traineeship you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing from an accredited university
  • Legal right to work without restrictions or company sponsorship in Qatar.
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent)
  • Graduated from your Bachelors’ degree within the last 24 months .
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships and network across all levels
  • Show a strong aptitude for and an innovative approach to planning techniques.
  • Be enthusiastic about working in a challenging, fast-paced environment, with a customer-centric approach
  • Flexible working hours
  • Experience in MS office functions including excel, word, PowerPoint and outlook
  • Experience in Oracle ERP and SAP ERP an advantage
