- Lead functional management and upgrades of M&E enterprise systems and tools
- Drive digital process improvements and automation across engineering departments
- Align new product implementations with compliance, safety, and operational KPIs
- Oversee a diverse team of system administrators and domain specialists
- Serve as a strategic point of contact for MRO technology vendors and internal stakeholders
- Design performance dashboards and reporting tools for system optimization
- Manage vendor contracts and product lifecycle from selection through deployment
- Provide expert-level support for configuration management and release controls
- Execute root cause analysis and corrective actions for technical issues
- Collaborate on M&E innovation roadmaps to support Qatar Airways' fleet complexity and growth
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience supporting large-scale Maintenance & Engineering or airline systems
- Proven track record in MRO system upgrades, OEM integration, and aviation IT strategy
- Expertise in functional dashboard design, visual analytics, and business KPIs
- Strong experience in process engineering, root cause analysis, and problem-solving
