- Practicing consultative sales approach to help customers in determining their financial viability or needs.
- Process applications for new customers ensuring that they are fully aware of the features, applicable fees, terms and conditions of the products and services they are applying for.
- Process inbound sales lead calls with a high close rate.
- Generate high volume of referrals and establish new customer accounts.
- Consecutively overachieve the agreed individual sales targets ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide world class customer service with regards to card payment methods, redeeming of reward points, limit upgrade, and any dispute resolution.
- Process supplementary credit card applications through the request of the principal credit card holder.
- Build a pipe line for the customers as per the company standards and with the required channel sales activities including presentations and sales proposals and promotions.
- Selling products to acquire new customers for the database Coordinate with the support team for the approvalsResearch on an innovative way of prospects and satisfy customer needs.
- Maintain and adhere to the data confidentiality of the company
