- Manage operations of your designated kitchen station, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and organization to maintain a smooth workflow during service.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, adhering to health regulations and hotel policies to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team, including Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef, to execute and develop new culinary experiences.
- Ensures HACCP forms completed and hygiene standard is maintained.
- Significant professional experience with Chinese cuisine - Dim Sum is required.
- Basic Salary: QAR 4,200 Monthly
