Job SummaryThe QA/QC Manager Industrial is responsible for leading and managing the Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions of the assigned location (Industrial) working closely with the head of operations and other functional managers to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations, and that quality and compliance standards are met. The position holder will also develop and implement quality control plans and procedures and will manage a team of Quality Control and Quality Assurance professionals.Job Roles & ResponsibilitiesEnforce the implementation of quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industrystandards, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.Ensure that all products delivered within Industrial meet or exceed customer expectations, and that qualityand compliance standards are met.Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.Work closely with all functional managers to identify and resolve quality issues, and to continuously improveproduct quality.Manage the non-conformance and corrective action process, ensuring timely and effective resolution ofquality issues.Ensure that all quality documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and that it is stored andmaintained in an appropriate manner.Develop and deliver quality training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of quality standards andprocedures.Supervise all QA/QC plans as well as amendments and revisions in order to meet the project qualityrequirements and client's expectations.Establish project quality objectives in line with IMS corporate objectives and ensure to monitor submittals ofQA/QC reports.Build and implement a control system for suppliers and subcontractors.Manage/attend to all required/related meetings and arranges all project Quality requirements with theproject owner/consultant and project management team.Additional Job Roles & ResponsibilitiesAdditional Responsibilities 3Job KnowledgeExperience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge and experience in quality standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.Efficient leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals toachieve project objectives.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effectivesolutions.ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.Job ExperienceMinimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plusCompetenciesAgilityResilienceQualityLeadershipQuality Assurance L3Material testing & Standard awareness L3Statistical Quality Control L3Sub-contractor Quality Management L3QA Audits L3Build High-Performing TeamsProvide DirectionEducationBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any related Engineering courseProfesional Qualification in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or
