Review and approve civil method statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and work procedures.
Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and traceability of QA/QC records (inspection reports, test results, NCRs, etc.).
